The Swedish Coach and author, Thomas Erikson has published the book "Surrounded by Idiots" freely translated. And that is precisely what we are if we do not learn that we humans are very different, and that the form of communication must be understandable to those you are actually talking to. Then you are on the right path to "How to understand those who cannot be understood." Verbal communication is important, but history has shown us that it can also be fatal from the wrong lips.
