But beneath the satire lies a grim question: When survival gear becomes a status symbol, who’s really profiting?

The mask’s design borrows equally from South Korean tech-aesthetics and Cold War gas masks, rendering it uncannily plausible. Its zippered ‘lens’ (doubling as a camera/ADAS system) winks at our obsession with documenting threats—real or imagined.
